What’s included in the photo package?
Package details vary by team/session, but each package includes your child’s individual photos and the team photo coverage, with options for digital ordering.
How do I place my order?
You’ll receive ordering instructions after the photos are uploaded/posted. Ordering is designed to be quick and easy, and you can place your order online.
How do I know which sports/activities you photograph?
Coverage includes youth organized sports and team photography across a variety of sports, such as baseball, soccer, basketball, cheerleading, gymnastics, and more.
Do you offer re-takes if a photo doesn’t come out well?
If there are issues with an individual photo, please contact me so I can help review options or schedule a re-take. Availability may depend on schedule and league rules.
What should my child wear for team and individual photos?
Follow your league’s uniform expectations (or what the coach/team requests). Arrive ready and bring any needed uniform pieces so photos run smoothly.
Is there a fee for ordering, or do I pay only if I want photos?
You order only if you want products. There’s no obligation to purchase after viewing.
When will I get access to view and choose photos?
You’ll receive access details after the photos are processed, with an average turnaround of about 3 weeks and a guaranteed 30-day turnaround.
How does the league kickback work (5%–20%)?
A portion of sales is returned to the league/team to support youth programs. The percentage generally falls between 5% and 20% and is communicated with each team/session.
